"I have always wanted to Model...I love being in front of the camera!"
Whenever I hear those words from a teenager, the first thing I think about is telling them about our Model Team here at Studio B. Since I started my career photographing new models for the Ford Modeling Agency in Los Angeles, this has always been THE most fun for me as an artist. -- Playing pictures with teens that want to play too -- it's like I died and went to photographer heaven. Which leads me to -- Holy Smokes... isn't Natalie here just dazzling!!! (You'll notice, I didn't even phrase that as a question -- she is just sparkly goodness so we'll just yell it with exclamations) But before I jump into our interview with this beauty...I'll share a bit of backstory.
Studio B Model Brand Ambassadors
As you might know, we recently announced, that we are now accepting applications for our NEW 2017 Studio B Seniors Modeling Team. This opportunity is open to current high school juniors interested in becoming brand ambassadors representing the Class of 2017 for our Studio B Seniors Spring & Summer Campaigns. The students that are selected to our 2017 Model Team are chosen based on their school and community involvement, citizenship and interest in learning marketing, promotions & branding. Short, tall, curvy, lean -- light, dark and everything in between! Drummer, dancer, bookish or brawny -- bring it on! Our goal is create a team that is as eclectic and diverse as the Eastside & Seattle area schools that you attend. Each 2017 Model participates in video and modeling photo shoots where we focus on confidence, expression and representing the Studio B brand. Our model students have the opportunity to appear in magazines, be featured in local stores, print campaigns and social media. Similar to an internship, the students that participate to the fullest tend to get the most out of the experience. Advice you would give to a Junior going into senior year...Start college apps early and try to enjoy your last moments in high school – it won’t last forever.
Anything else you’d like to share …. Modeling for Studio B is a fantastic experience! My photos turned out amazing and I had lots of fun doing it.
