Picture Perfect Props
As senior pictures photographers there are very few things that we love more than when out clients bring us inspiration and props. Our hearts start to soar when we hear our seniors talking about the ideas and inspiration that they have for their shoots; and when they have brought their own props, we fall in love.
Now, don’t worry, props for your shoot are a lot simpler than you might. No need to heavily brainstorm and go out and buy a bunch of supplies. The props that mean the most to you are most likely the ones that you use the most. Are you an athlete, member of a club, have a favorite hobby? Those items make for perfect props that authentically represent you.
We love Rosalinda’s sport inspired look. A competitive swimmer, Rosalinda brought her letterman jacket and styled it in a classic timeless look. Fully prepared Rosalinda also brought her googles for some extra posing opportunities and sports emphasis. Letterman jackets, equipment, cleats and jerseys are all great props to commemorate your time as a high school athlete. These props are also very easy to style, taking away the extra pressure of having to plan a whole look around your props.
Miss Pierce County’s Outstanding Teen of 2020, Rosalinda wanted to capture this moment. Props, such as Rosalinda’s sash and crown, that can be added to a look are some of our personal favorites. It gives you multiple options within the same look, allowing for variety of poses and styles. Instruments make great props, they can easily be added to any look (plus, the StudioB team loves a concert moment) There are endless possibilities; DECA, FCCLA, and other club jackets or medals are perfect props for adding to your look and making a little humble brag (you earned it!)
