To all the boys I’ve photographed before:
Be honest with me….it wasn’t AS BAD as you thought it was going to be, right? ;) Between you and me, I know you even had fun and felt pretty confident as we moved through the photoshoot. Now that you’re on this side of the experience, it’s time for us to share with the world that senior photos aren’t something to dread!
To all the boys I’ve yet to photograph:
This is your year! *cue the confetti* You might be in it only to make mom happy or maybe because your girlfriend is excited about it. Regardless, I want to share one tip with you that will be a game changer for your senior photos. Ready for it?
Don’t take yourself too seriously.
That’s it :) You might not feel like a natural in front of the camera, but I’ve got you! I’ve done literally thousands of senior portraits, and I promise that you’re not in this on your own. I’ll show you how to move and where to go, and then we’ll relax and have FUN as we move through your senior session. Being able to laugh in the moment and not take yourself too seriously will result in natural smiles and candid moments between the poses. It’s going to be awesome.
